TACOMA, Wash., Sept. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Hunt's Helping Hands, the community outreach initiative of Hunt's Services, a family-owned Tacoma plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company, launched its new Adopt-a-School program by donating 250 school supply kits to students at Bryant Montessori School in Tacoma.

Each kit, neatly packed in a branded string bag, included essential classroom supplies designed to reduce back-to-school costs and ease the financial burden on families. The donation event was led by Hunt's Services leadership team and welcomed by the school's principal and faculty.

The initiative was made possible through partnerships with Rocket Convenience Stores, a locally loved neighborhood-stop, and Daikin, a trusted HVAC manufacturer and longtime partner of Hunt's Services.

This donation reflects Hunt's Services' broader commitment to the Tacoma community. Earlier this year, Hunt's Helping Hands donated a new HVAC unit to a local grandfather whose home was damaged by fire and provided a safe electric water heater to a family struggling with unsafe brown water.

Adopt-a-School Program

Hunt's Services' Adopt-a-School program is a community initiative that provides free school supplies to Tacoma students. The program was launched in September 2025 with a donation of 250 supply kits to Bryant Montessori School.
